Born in Rayne, LA, Kelli was drawn to accounting by South Louisiana’s involvement with the oil and gas industry. She thrives on the challenges of creative problem-solving and meticulous bookkeeping.

Kelli began at an environmental company as a customer manager. Through this, she gained experience in the operational side of business, performing many roles on top of her primary accounting position. She explains that this opportunity has been a vital link between the two departments, enhancing her accounting capabilities.

She reflects on the importance of experience in the accounting field, especially with individual companies for extended periods. Each company will have distinct needs and problems to address, so she needs to be consistent and committed. Reflecting this, Kelli has worked at Pharma-Safe since 2012.

In 2012, Kelli and her husband faced an unfortunate accident that led them to seek new employment opportunities. With this, Kelli began her tenure as a Pharma-Safe accountant. In 2021, she was promoted to her current position of Chief Financial Officer.

As Chief Financial Officer, Kelli oversees the accounting team, managing assets, and advising on financial decisions and projections based on the company and the market’s states. She acts as a liaison between the accounting and operations departments, ensuring the success of each through clear communication. With her many years of experience, Kelli is an expert in not only her field but also in Pharma-Safe as an accountant.

Kelli commits to excellence, putting in “150% effort” each day. She finds it rewarding to make progress in big and small tasks every day, contributing to the success of what she is fully involved in.
