Jeff has served as Operations Manager of a large EMS company that moved him and his family from Louisiana to Texas in 2006 where he went on to serve as Operations Supervisor with oversight of the Governmental Affairs until his retirement in 2021. 

In addition to Jeff’s management experience, he was involved in the State Level EMS Departments in both Louisiana and Texas for more than 25 years where he served on many committees that facilitated changes in the EMS industry and helped it become what it is today.  Jeff was instrumental in the concept and project management of the very first Ambulance Bus, a multi-patient transport vehicle, to be stationed in Southeast Texas.  Jeff served as the Director and was charged with oversight of more than 4000 miles driven and 500 patients transported the very first year the AmBus was in service.  

Jeff is the former Chair of the Gulf Coast Regional Trauma Advisory Council for the State of Texas, and led this organization for more than 10 years, all the while striving to improve the culture of EMS throughout the Gulf Coast Region. During that time, Jeff served on the steering committee and helped to get the “Stop the Bleed” Program up and running.  He also was an active member of Texas’ Medical Incident Strike Team, “MIST”, where he was part of a group deployed to highly effected areas of natural and/or structural disasters to assist in the coordination of the search, recovery, treatment, and repopulation of the citizens in those areas.

Misner has built a strong base competency directing and managing Health, Safety and Environmental programs for Kerr-McGee, Devon Energy and Energy XXI – and within a variety of business units including E&P Offshore and Onshore, Refining and Marketing, Chemical Manufacturing and Surface Mining.

Misner has a B.S. in Safety Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Certified Safety Professional (retired) and a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.  Former Affiliations include :  Gulf of Mexico – Offshore Operators Committee – Environmental Chairperson and Safety Section Leader.  American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturer’s Association – Safety Committee Member.  American Chemistry Council – Responsible Care – Committee Member.

As a member of Pharma-Safe’s leadership team, he is responsible for reviewing and providing direction to our company’s overall mission, values, and strategic goals. Additionally, he provides oversight, mentoring and career development for Pharma-Safe’s HSE personnel.

Misner works closely with other industry executives to ensure that HSE programs and personnel are performing up to industry standards and company expectations.

Additionally, Eric has worked as a Roustabout, Roughneck, Safety Training Supervisor, and HSE Advisor. In that time, he has worked on Penrod & Letourneau Jack-ups, Tension Leg Platforms, Semisubmersibles, Production platforms, facilities, & Spars, Work/Lift Boats, Seismic Vessels, ROV Vessels, and Drill ships. Eric became a Registered Nurse in 2012 and has since worked to push the boundaries of industrial medicine in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
