Pharma-Safe Annual Conference 2024

In October, Pharma-Safe held its Annual Conference! This yearly event brings our team together, giving our employees the opportunity to connect directly with our office staff and gain additional training.

Groups of Pharma-Safe employees sit at tables and listen to a speaker during employee training.

Commitment to our core values

Given that our medical and safety personnel often work in remote locations, face-to-face communication can be challenging.

Because team culture is one of Pharma-Safe’s core values, we prioritize hosting this event to strengthen our connections and maintain clear communication.

Several people gather around a table to talk to each other. Pharma-Safe emphasizes its strength in cooperation and communication.

During our conference, hosted over multiple dates, PSIS takes the chance to set clear expectations, detail policy and procedure changes, and – most importantly — listen to feedback from our employees.

Personnel Training

Derrick Whittle, Operations Coordinator and Project Manager, explains that his role is to create tools to help employees do their job effectively—and the only way to do that is to understand what employees need.

This commitment to supporting our employees is a key reason why Pharma-Safe hosts this annual conference.

This year, Derrick took the reins and presented the Medic training topics, ensuring our staff had access to the latest developments in their field.

Another significant part of our annual conferences is dedicated to skill development, education, and hands-on training opportunities.

Many of our office staff members are also paramedics, so they help lead and participate in training as well.

Our goal is to ensure our professionals are up to date on the ever-changing best practices, standards, rules, and regulations to guarantee the highest quality services possible. Providing this also gives our personnel opportunities to develop their skills and careers.

We want to thank all our employees again for their participation and encourage employees to share their feedback and insights so that we can best support you.
