Pharma-Safe Industrial Services is a remarkable success story in the American business landscape. Its inception in 1998 by two experienced Remote Paramedics, Lanis J. Belaire, Jr. and Kenneth Dugas, marked the beginning of a pioneering venture. With their extensive paramedic expertise in ground operations and remote offshore locations, they astutely recognized the need for affordable medical supplies tailored for offshore environments.

Lanis took to the road, tirelessly building a client base, while Ken efficiently managed the operations from his humble garage. From these modest beginnings, Pharma-Safe swiftly grew to serve 350 esteemed clients in the Oil & Gas Industry.

In 2005, Pharma-Safe expanded its services by adding Remote Medical Personnel, further reinforcing its position in the market. Throughout its life, PSIS has persevered through the cyclical nature of the Oil & Gas industry through sheer determination, judicious financial decisions, and a conservative mindset.

OWNER

Lanis Belaire co-founded Pharma-Safe Industrial Services with Ken Dugas in 1998. Together with their dedicated team, they provide medical and safety personnel and equipment to remote working environments. As a visionary leader, Lanis guides the company’s direction, nurtures network relationships, oversees finances, and ensures the company delivers on its promises.

KEN DUGAS

OWNER

Kenneth Dugas began his career as a Paramedic, working in ground ambulance operations and offshore/industrial operations. Together with Lanis Belaire, Ken founded Pharma-Safe Industrial Services to meet the unique needs of remote medical environments. In the dynamic and often challenging landscape of the oil and gas industry, Ken helps to provide a clear vision for the company’s direction, especially in overseeing finances and decision-making.

DOUG VOISIN

PRESIDENT

Doug Voisin, President of Pharma-Safe Industrial Services (PSIS), has been working at PSIS since 2007. As President, he works as a supervisor, resource provider, financial analyst, structure organizer, mentor, and mediator to facilitate problem solving and healthy conflict. His variety of roles reflect his diverse career history and ability to see any issue from various perspectives.

JEFFERY THIBODEAUX

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As Director of Operations, Jeffery Thibodeaux oversees all operations and manages the paramedics, safety, logistics, and human resources managers. Jeff ensures smooth operation by training his managers to understand their jobs and the PSIS core values that motivate his work. He utilizes his 30+ years of industry and leadership experience to guide and ensure he represents his managers’ voices at an executive level.

DEWAYNE MISNER

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

DeWayne Misner, Executive Vice President of HSE, brings more than 40 years of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) experience to his role. DeWayne advises and directs Pharma-Safe Industrial Services (PSIS) to ensure programs and personnel perform to industry standards and company expectations. DeWayne also provides oversight, mentoring, and career development for HSE personnel.

KELLI ZAUNBRECHER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Kelli joined the Pharma-Safe team in 2012. She brings over 25 years of accounting experience in the oil and gas industry. Kelli is responsible for financial planning and strategy, managing the profitability of Pharma-Safe, leading the accounting department, and supervising the partnership and cooperation of the accounting and operations departments to ensure company success.
